Wonder Cream

If you are reading this & you haven't heard of Sudocrem then WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?!
It was only yesterday that I was layering this wonder product onto my boyfriend's midgie bites, which may I add worked a treat. On discussing the product tonight I took a trip down memory lane with my Mum when she used to cover myself & brother in it when we were younger.

Sudocrem is a market leading product for treating nappy rash. It helps to soothe, heal & protect the baby's delicate skin from further irritation. From this one purpose Sudocrem has grown & is a must have product now not only for Mothers looking to treat their baby's bottoms, but now to also help them look & feel their best as well as having built in skin benefits for both male & female that keeps you asking "Where do the benefits end?"

This nifty little number is new on the scene, the Sudocrem comes in a NEW sleek compact 30g tube that is a treat to pop in your handbag for daily access. It's quickly becoming the must have beauty product. With a celebrity following from Cheryl Cole to 90210's Jessica Lowndes this staple wonder is truly making it's way up the social ladder.

Only a thin layer is required for maximum effect, only apply if a larger sore is needing treated.
Sudocrem can be used for a number of things:
  • Acne
  • Bed Sores
  • Burns
  • Cuts & Grazes
  • Rashes
  • Insect Bites
My own personal favourite use of the cream is beauty favourite;
Apply a fine layer of this to your face before bed time, it makes the perfect face mask.
In the morning, you will have beautiful dewy skin that Kate Moss would be jealous of.

You'll find this wonder cream at any leading pharmacy at a STEAL of a price
£2!!!

You can't argue with that for tip top looking skin.

Hottest Ticket In Town

Ladies Day
at

Despite the horrible weather that descended upon us all.
Ladies Day at Musselburgh Race Course was in full swing last month.
I was very happy to be invited along as press on behalf of
Edinburgh Online Fashion Week

All you beautiful women didn't disappoint with your stunning dresses,
striking fascinators and great racing day spirit.

The number of beautiful gowns I seen was incredible
along with amazing fascinators & head pieces. I managed to
grab myself some ladies for a quick chat under the safety of a gazebo. The champagne was flowing when I arrived & each woman had their own unique style and thoughts to share with me.
The first group that I managed to get my hands on for some quick fire questions were a lovely bunch all from Emma Combe hairdressers in Whitekirk.

L-R Emma, Zoe, Sarah, Vharri, Kimberly, Jenny & Lisa.

First up was Jenny McLaughlin from Dunbar
Jenny described her general style as quite girly with the use of floral fabrics being a big staple to her.
Her outfit she was wearing on the day was from Bank & French Connection.
This was Jenny's first time at the races as despite the weather she was loving the atmosphere
that was buzzing around Musselburgh.

Next was Zoe Dawlan from East Linton
Zoe's dress for the races was from Bank & her shoes from Kurt Geiger.
Her favourite high street store had to be Topshop as they're always on trend with affordable catwalk copies.
A celebrity style that Zoe most admired at the moment was the wonderful Rita Ora.
Rita's fun loving style was one that Zoe loved,
combining clashing prints & funky hats Rita always looks fashionable & street chic.

Sarah Logan from North Berrick
Sarah's outfit was from River Island & Topshop.
Her fascinator that she was wearing was very interesting, on asking more about it
I was told that it was hand made, as were another two girls.
I thought this was an amazing feature and idea & gave each outfit that added something special.
Sarah's style inspiration was the lovely Fearne Cotton.
She combines that girly feel that we all love
along with adding in some edgy punk rock to create looks that are simply iconic.

Both designers that created the fascinators were :

Willoughby Rose Millanry
&
Rhona Craig.

As the weather continued to set a dampner on the greenery one thing that wasn't deflated
was the merryment of the guests.
I took a stroll along the inside of the betting stations & bars to find more colourful frocks
and ladies in very high spirits.

Below is a some more shots I took with my trusty Canon,
more beautiful fascinators & dress detail
were to be found along with some fun loving ladies looking to have a good time.

L-R Karen, Fiona & Tracey

"I loved the combo of the feathers along with the laced detail on Tracey's dress. It's a statement piece that I think can be worn to many ocassions."

I'd just like to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone I spoke to on the day.
I hope you all enjoyed yourselves had as much fun as I did.

Who needs Paris or Milan when you have Ladies Day at Musselburgh Races.
The Fashion Forecast on the whole was a scorcher.
One I'm very happy to report back on.
